网络时代教师教育意识的转换

摘    要:网络教育使传教师权威受到严峻挑战,重塑教师权威必须实现教师教育意识的现代转换,表现为从“制度权威”到“魅力权威”的教师权威意识转换,从“后喻化”到“前喻化”的化传递意识转换,从“师倨生恭到”现生平等“的师生关系意识转换,从”科技至上“到”人关怀的教育使命意识转换。“知能完善”和“人格完满”是网络教育时代重塑教师权威的必要要求。

Abstract:Network education makes the traditional teacher's authority face serious challenges.To reconstruct teacher's authority,the modern transition of educational ideas should be realized,including transition of teacher's authority idea from legal to charismatic,transformation of culture transfer mode from post figurative to pre figurative,change of teacher's attitude from presumptuous to equal towards students,switch of educational mission from the priority of science & technology to the care in humanity.Improvement of teacher's quality not only in knowledge & capacity,but also in personality perfection is required.
