| Abstract: | This article,with the method of blending system theory and information theory,integrating the study of administration and engineering,combining theory and practice,expounds momentous significance and necessity of research and development of higher education administration at information times.Meanwhile,it puts forward a mold of education administration information system(EAIS)and its gradation of structure that can be processed by computers in terms of system theory.The EAIS oriented 21 century has been developed. |
