关于进一步扩大开放的两个理论问题的探讨

当代国际分工具有两重性，由此决定的经济全球化进程也具有两面性，我们应该辨证地看待经济全球化的趋势，正视经济全球化两方面的作用，找准自己在世界分工中的位置，一方面，我们在顺应经济全球化的浪潮，进一步加大经济开放的力度，发挥自己的比较优势，积极主动地融入国际分工体系；另一方面，我们也应清醒地看到，发达国家和发展中国家从全球化中获得的经济利益是不平等的，不合理的国际经济秩序往往使一些发展中国家成为经济全球化的受害。我国作为发展中的大国，要做到在参与经济全球化时趋利避害，必须采取正确的开放战略，正确处理保护和开放的关系。

On the Theoretical Problems of Further Opening to the Outside World in China

There are two aspects of international devision,therefore the process of economic globalization also has two sides.On this condition,we should focus on the roles of the globalization and find out the position in the international division.On one hand,we should positively participate in the international division based on our comparative advantages.On the other hand,we should understand that the benefit we get from the globalization may be less than what the developed countries do.We have to choose rational strategies in the opening process to the outside world.
