| 摘 要： | 日军占领南京期间，勾结伪政权实行毒品专卖政策，利用宏济善堂系统贩售鸦片，以洋行为掩饰推销海洛因等烈性毒品，官私销售双管齐下，在攫取高额利润的同时却使南京地区烟毒泛滥，社会风气严重恶化。

| Abstract: | During the occupation of Nanjing,Japanese,ganging up with the puppet government practiced the exclusive rights to sell drugs.They took advantage of Hong Ji Shan Tang to buy and resell drugs and even used foreign firms to conceal their selling drugs such as heroin.The government and private sold drugs simultaneously;thus they made huge profits on one hand yet on the other hand drugs overflew in Nanjing and worsened the social conduct. |
