| 摘 要： | 本文在分析了当前国内学者研究公平和效率的三个基本观点的基础上,论述了这些观点所存在的主要问题,提出了研究公平和效率关系时必须坚持的几个重要原则：坚持历史唯物主义的原则,坚持实事求是的原则以及坚持生产力发展的首要性原则。
