浅议西方国家公务员考试录用制度

摘    要:伴随着公共部门人力资源管理改革,英国、美国、法国等国不断创新公务员考试录用的形式、内容、方法、技术,以选贤任能。近年来,我国公务员考试录用制度改革取得了一定的成效,但仍然存在一些亟待改进的问题。有必要结合我国国情和公共部门人力资源管理的特点,学习和借鉴西方国家公务员考试录用制度的先进经验,完善我国公务员考试录用制度。

Abstract:With the human resources management reformation in public sectors,Britin,America,France and some other western countries have been innovating the public servants entrance examination methods and techniques.The public servant entrance examination is open,equal,and competitive,so the excellent applicants are chosen.The examinations are hold according to levels and sorts of public servants.Test contents are rich,and the methods are flexible.The authorities empower the low agencies to control the examination.It is essential for China to learn the advanced experiences to improve the public servant examination systems.
