| 摘 要： | 大量地培养和任用少数民族干部,是维护国家团结、坚持民族平等、巩固民族区域自治制度以及彻底解决民族问题的关键。建国后,毛泽东、邓小平的少数民族干部思想是一脉相承的,但在具体方面也存在一些差异。将他们的少数民族干部思想进行比较研究,有助于我们深化对该问题的认识。

| Abstract: | Cultivating and appointing minority nationality cadres enormously is the key to uphold state unity,persist in national equality,consolidate the system of nation regional autonomy,and solve the national problem thoroughly.After the founding of our People＇s Republic,Mao Zedong＇s and Deng Xiaoping＇s ideas about minority nationality cadres are consistent,but there are some discrepancies in concrete aspects.Comparing and researching their ideas of nationality cadres will deepen our understanding about the reform problem. |
