| 摘 要： | 新形势下,恐怖活动产生了许多新的特点。目前我国现有的反恐防暴武器装备已不能满足现实斗争的需要,应尽早制定反恐防暴武器发展规划,挖掘现有武器潜力,努力研制发展先进的装备,以适应现实斗争的需要。
