对在校大学生结婚的有关思考

2005年3月29日教育部新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》出台。其中重要的变化之一是取消了对在校大学生结婚的强制性规定,体现了与相关法律的接轨。但在校大学生处于人生知识积累的特殊时期,学校也是特殊的教育场所,在校大学生结婚会带来一些特殊问题。学校、家庭、社会应注重对学生的正确引导,提倡晚婚晚育,以减少在校大学生结婚可能带来的负面影响。

On Permission to College Students Getting Married

On March 29th, 2005, the Educational Department of China issued Students Management Regulation in Regular Colleges, in which they canceled the original regulation on prohibiting students getting married during college period. The New regulation illustrates the connection of Law of Education, Law of Higher Education and Law of Marriage. But to the students, marriage will bring such problems as money, residency, giving birth and so on during this stage of pursuing knowledge, so colleges, families and the society should cooperate and give them right guide and advocate them to marry later in order to decrease the side effect.
