| 摘 要： | 联合国的国际责任能力是其享有国际人格的法律结果。尽管联合国仅具有有限的国际人格,但是这并不必然对其责任能力形成限制。作为国际法主体,联合国完全能够独立地为其不法行为承担国际责任。
