| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来 ,私营经济得到快速发展 ,私营企业中工会组织的组建工作也取得了重要进展。同时也面临着许多新情况和新问题 ,因此 ,要不断探索私营企业工会工作的新路子 ,加大私营企业工会组建力度 ,最大限度地把职工组织到工会中来。
