| 摘 要： | 通过对美国的＂三权分立＂实践考察,证明＂三权分立＂原则不是专属于资本主义国家的政治原则,而是一个人类社会政治的基本问题。不过,对＂三权分立＂理论的批判并非全无意义。＂三权分立＂理论并非十全十美。我们对其必须以辩证的态度看待。
