| 摘 要： | 大一新生的迷茫、毕业生就业难的现状以及职业生涯发展的阶段性特点,使及早进行大学生职业生涯规划显得尤为重要。大学生职业生涯规划的路径应包含四步：社会分析、自我认识、职业定位、方案实施。同时,基于现实中不确定因素的存在,大学生职业生涯规划应是一个不断调整和完善的过程。

| Abstract: | Due to the current situation of confused freshmen,graduates' difficulties in employment as well as the periodical features of vocational career,it is very important to conduct plans for college students' vocational career.There are four steps to realize the point such as social analysis,self-cognition,vocational choice,and conduction of the plan.In the meanwhile,due to uncertain elements,college students' vocational career should be adjusted and perfected continuously. |
