新生代农民工的特征及其市民化问题探析

出生于20世纪80年代以后的新生代农民工正逐渐成为农民工的主体,他们所表现出来的基本特征呈现出明显的市民化倾向。为提升我国城市化水平,满足社会和谐稳定发展的需要,必须深化户籍制度改革,建立符合新生代农民工特点的社会保障制度,提高他们的素质,培育他们的＂新市民意识＂,为他们的市民化创造良好的条件。
