| 摘 要： | 职业适应性水平是衡量个体职业生活是否和谐的最重要指标。实证研究结果表明：高校毕业生的职业适应性整体上处于良好的状态,其中职业技能适应性和职业人际适应性程度高于其职业心理适应性和职业环境适应性程度。政府政策支持、市场组织支持、社会网的规模、社会网节点地位、社会网关系强度等因素对高校毕业生职业适应性影响显著。因此,必须从以下方面入手,提高高校毕业生职业适应性水平：（1）积极构建与拓展政府政策对高校毕业生的支持网络;（2）积极构建与拓展社区对高校毕业生支持网络;（3）构建与拓展就业单位的支持网络。
