| 摘 要： | 当前大学生就业过程中普遍存在着关系的运用。运用实证分析的方法对典型案例进行探讨,可以发现就业过程中运用的关系有强弱之分且有着不同的效果。科学分析关系网络的利弊,坚持公平原则,才能使大学生就业环境更加公平、和谐。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,there is the application of interpersonal relationship in college students' employment in general.By applying experimental analysis on typical cases,we find that the application of interpersonal relationship in college students' employment can be either strong or week,and each tendency brings different effects.We should analyze both the advantages and disadvantages of interpersonal relationship and follow the principle of fair play,so as to make the employment environment fairer and more harmonious... |
