| 摘 要： | “命案必破”的提出,一定程度上是现实需要,也较符合现时的国情,同时也隐藏着现实危机。刑案侦破的长效机制,应该从理顺人事管理,建立“信息导侦”的情报网络,立足队伍素质提升,“科技强侦”,建立内外协作机制,“多警联勤”,等方面,结合本地实际着手构建。

| Abstract: | "The homicide case must be cracked",in the certain degree,is the realistic need,and also comparatively conforms to the realistic national conditions,but simultaneously is hiding the realistic crisis.The persistent effective mechanism of criminal cases detection should be established through straightening out the personnel management,establishing the information network of "the detection led by information",promoting the troop quality,"the science and technology strengthening detection",establishing inside and outside cooperation mechanism,"the multi-police joint attendance",and so on. |
