贵州民族民间文学非常丰富,具有全国分类学理论的各种类型,但对民族民间文学知识产权保护缺乏必要的认识,应提高各民族的文化自觉,重视文化传承人的作用,建立一种以人为本兼顾民族群体和个人,公权保障和私权保护相结合的民族民间文学知识产权保护模式和法律体系。

A Preliminary Study about Protection of Knowledge Property Right about Guizhou Folk Ethnic Literature

Folk ethnic in Guizhou is very rich.It has a variety of theories about classification science in our country.But people here lack enough knowledge about how to protect knowledge property rights about literature.So cultural attainment should be improved and much attention should be paid to the function of cultural legatees.A law system and a protection pattern of knowledge property rights about folk ethnic literature should be introduced,which should be based on people,take account of ethnic groups and every person and combine public and private rights protection.
