| 摘 要： | 黑社会性质组织犯罪具有严重的社会危害性。黑社会性质犯罪组织的存在与发展,受一定社会的经济、政治、人文历史等因素的影响和制约,具有自身的特点及规律。在当前形势下,我国黑社会性质犯罪组织除具有专业化、职业化、集团化、暴力化等特征之外,还具备一些新特点。本文将从几方面对上述特点加以粗浅分析。
