On the Realization of Human Gene Providers Sharing Interests

The human gene providers are supposed to share the economic interests which are brought by gene patents.However, this is difficult to realize because of the asymmetry of the researchers'information and lack of justified providing channels.Beginning with the reasons why it is difficult for gene providers to share interests in reality,the paper analyzes the principles of sharing interests, discusses the methods of sharing interests,and puts forward the channels of sharing interests.Only when concrete and perfect measures are found,can the concept of human Gene providers sharing interests be realized.
