| 摘 要： | 仲裁实行一裁终局制度,提高仲裁员的素质、依法加强对仲裁员的监督就显得极为必要。必须建立、完善适应仲裁员特点的管理方式,不断完善仲裁机构内部的规章制度和相关程序;明确仲裁员有限、法定的民事法律责任;在目前仲裁缺乏有效的监督手段的背景下,枉法仲裁罪的设立,仍然有其自身的积极意义。

| Abstract: | The single ruling system is applied in arbitration, so improving arbitrator＇s quality and strengthening supervision over the conduct of arbitrator are extremely essential. Management style of arbitrator, internal rules and regulations of arbitration organization should be established and perfected. Arbitrator should undertake limited civil and criminal responsibility. Under the background of Inking supervision method; establishing the crime of arbitrating by perverting the law still has its active meaning. |
