| Abstract: | The reform of the state-owned enterprises is the last obstacle in the process of restructuring China's eco- nomic system.In order to overcome this obstacle,three basic academic issues must be answered.Is state-owned policy originated from the socialized production?Is state-owned policy the actual form of the public-owned policy?Is state- owned policy the effective means for the government to regulating and controlling the market? |
