| 摘 要： | 本文以系统分析的方法考察了美国对华决策系统的结构和单元,文章指出美国对华决策系统是一种T字形结构,其单元包括总统、国会、思想库和利益集团,结构决定了美国对华政策的基本走向,而单元之间的互动使美国对华政策出现了起伏.
