| 摘 要： | 中外合作办学是中国教育体制新的重大变革,如何运用法律手段促进中外合作办学健康发展至关重要。中外合作办学法制化有一个发展过程。在这个过程中,相关法律显示了积极意义,但也存在不足,需要加以修改和完善。

| Abstract: | Chinese-foreign joint school is a great change of the structure of Chinese education .At present, how to promote it healthily by legal means becomes an essential problem. Legalization of it is a developing progress in which relevant laws have shown the positive meaning. But there are still some disadvantages which need to be revised and perfected. |
