| 摘 要： | 建设县区小行业工会是推进县区工会工作的重要内容,是上级产业工会组织体制的贯穿、工作机制的延伸、职能范围的扩大,是贯彻落实"组织起来,切实维权"工作方针的有效途径.加强县区小行业工会建设,要围绕行业政策和职工利益需求,加强源头参与,并建立健全相关机制.
