| 摘 要： | 目前国外对集合性、分散性、超个人权益的研究方兴未艾。在我国知识产权中也出现了这种权益的保护机制，但理论上不仅没有意识到这种权利保护机制的重要，而且也未曾作出学理上的解释。对我国著作权集体管理组织诉讼资格作理论上的深入探讨，有利于促进该制度的完善。

| Abstract: | The research on collection, diffusion and exceed -private -right is emerging and growing around the world. And this protective mechanism is come out in intellectual property right law. While the importance of this protective mechanism does not be found, and this mechanism has no been explained in theory. We should study on the litigating qualification of the organization of management of collectivity on copyright in theory and improve this system. |
