Benign and Interdynamic Relation in State Function Structure

Vicissitude of state function in the background of globalization is of important significance practically and theoretically. But arguments about it have been on in various subjects. However, to my opinion, changes of state function in the globalization do not mean that state function is disappearing or getting weaker or stronger. On the contrary, globalization has exerted many influences on state function complicatedly and variously. The intricacy and variety break the old pattern of state function and infuse many new factors of function, thus forming a new pattern of state function. And in the new pattern a benign and interdynamic relation is obtained. To realize it in the real life, different systems and rules are needed.
