| 摘 要： | 社区治理是建设和谐社区的必然要求。为此,应当把社区警务纳入社区治理、社区建设的总体发展规划,按照"政府适当引导、组织充分介入、居民全面参与"的要求,有效整合社区人力、物力和财力资源,共同推进社区平安建设。

| Abstract: | Community governance is a requisite for the construction of harmonious society.Therefore,it is necessary to include the community policing in the general development program of community governance and construction.According to the requirements that ＂the government should offer appropriate guidance,organizations concerned should be fully involved,residents should actively participate＂ in this process,the community human and property resources can be reorganized effectively so that the safe community construction can be promoted. |
