| 摘 要： | 条件是影响事物发生、存在和发展的因素。犯罪条件是指有利于犯罪发生的各种因素。从人与事物的关系上讲,我们将犯罪条件分为主观条件和客观条件;对客观世界而言,我们将犯罪条件分为内在条件和外在条件。

| Abstract: | Condition is a factor that influences the occurrence, existence and development of things. Condition of crime refers to the factors beneficial to the occurrence of a crime. We divide condition of crime into subjective and objective ones by the relationship between man and things. To the objective world, we divide it into internal and external ones. |
