| 摘 要： | The year of 2013 was a pivotal year for understanding Chinese diplomacy over the coming five to ten years.In 2013,the Communist Party leadership dared to explore new ground and blaze new trails by taking both domestic and foreign policies into account and integrating Chinese characteristics with the necessities of the historical moment.As such,China was able with able to obtain initial results in diplomatic theory with pioneering efforts in practice,thus opening a new page in China’s foreign relations.
