摘    要:我国<消费者权益保护法>规定了消费者的获知权,它是基于对消费者弱势地位而给予的特别保护,是消费者享有的九项权利之一.消费者获知权与消费者知情权仅一字之差,但二者法律涵义不同.保护消费者合法权益已成为时代潮流,消费者获知权的实现需要国家及其各种舆论工具、消费者权益保护机构、生产经营者和消费者本人的共同努力.

Abstract:Law on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests " fixed the consumer's right of being informed of our country. It's the special protection based on the consumer weak tendency, is one of nine rights that consumers enjoy. Consumers' knowing right and consumer's right of being informed are only the change of one word, but the legal meanings are different. Protecting consumer's legitimate rights and interests has already become the tendency of the day. Its realization needs the country and various kinds of mass medias, consumer's rights and interests protection mechanism and consumer joint efforts.
