突发事件下企业应承担的社会责任研究——以南方冰雪灾害和汶川地震为例

企业在经济发展中发挥越来越重要的作用，作为众多社会主体利益的交汇点，企业应该承担一定的社会责任，在自然灾害等突发事件发生时，企业更应该发挥自己的资源优势，承担更多的社会责任。文章以南方冰雪灾害和“5·12”四川汶川地震为例，探讨了在突发事件来临时，企业该如何承担社会责任、承担哪些社会责任，并结合我国的国情，提出了构建和加强突发事件下企业社会责任的对策。

On the Social Responsibility of Enterprises in Unexpected Incidence

Enterprises are playing more and more important role in social economic development;however,as the enterprises have their interests related with most of the parties in the society,they should also bear certain social responsibility.Especially when unexpected public incidence occurs,enterprises should make use of their resource advantage to undertake more responsibility.By taking as example the snowstorm disaster happened in the South of China and the earthquake happened in Sichuan,this paper makes an analysis on what social responsibility enterprises should take and how to take in case of unexpected public incidence,and how to set up a relevant mechanism to ensure the enterprises to carry our their responsibility.
