| 摘 要： | 强化侦查监督职能的措施包括拓宽侦查监督途径和强化侦查监督手段,这是侦查监督理论和现实问题的必然要求。要通过建立检侦刑事案件信息资源共享机制、专项监督机制;建立从《纠正违法通知书》到《检察建议》的传导配合机制以及抵触侦查监督的程序性制裁机制、赋予检察机关侦查监督办案人员一定的调查权等措施来加强侦查监督。
