治安学基本范畴的思考与确认

长期以来 ,我国治安学界习惯于将“治安”、“治安管理”和“治安行政管理”视作同一事物的不同命名。所以 ,在治安学、治安管理学和治安行政管理学的界定方面 ,也出现也相应的模糊化和非统一化的特征。如果我们不能科学地界定这些基本的理论范畴 ,必然会影响和制约治安学科和治安管理实践的发展与完善。

Thoughts on the basic categories of public order science and its clarification

The public order science circle in our country is accustomed to regard "public order", "public administration" and "public order administration" as the different names of the same matter, therefore, vagueness and no unity has for long existed, which is the problem we shall have to define these basic categories, otherwise influencing and restricting its development.
