| 摘 要： | "9.11"事件发生后,美国警方为防止恐怖分子利用放射性物质发动恐怖袭击,加强了对放射性危险物质的防范和检测。纽约警方通过实施"预防性放射物探测计划"和"保卫城市计划",购置检测设备,加强警官培训,建立跨机构合作机制,在纽约市周边地区形成了严密的放射物检测网,明显减少了该地区面临的恐怖威胁。
