内涵、必要性、途径:论行政哲学对管理哲学的借鉴

管理产生于有组织的人类活动,行政则与公共组织相联系,是管理活动的一种特殊表现和典型样式。管理哲学是对管理生活的哲学反思,行政哲学是对行政生活的哲学反思。管理与行政之间的有机联系及管理哲学的研究程度提出了行政哲学借鉴管理哲学的必要性。因此,采取适当的途径,借鉴理论形态相对成熟的管理哲学的研究经验和成果,对处于初创时期的行政哲学及其面向的行政实践的发展具有重要的推动作用。

Connotation,Necessity and Channels:On the Reference from Managerial Philosophy to Administrative Philosophy

Thus the organic connection between management and administration and the probing degree of Managerial Philosophy raises the necessity of drawing on Managerial Philosophy by Administrative Philosophy. So taking suitable measures to make use of the experience and achievement of managerial Philosophy whose theoretical morphology is comparative mature, will provide an important driving power to the development of administrative practice and Administrative Philosophy which is in a period of initial establishment.
