| 摘 要： | 当今世界,国家之间的交往理念随着时代的变化,逐渐改变了旧有的帝国思维模式。在全球化的历史背景下,世界秩序的发展变动经历了一个不断冲突和共存的过程。认真审视世界文明之间的互动,建立公正的国际对话机制,发挥好世界组织和区域组织的积极作用,这是建构和谐世界的关键。

| Abstract: | In present world,with the change of times,the concept for the association among countries has gradually changed former imperialist thinking.In the background of globalization,the development and change of world order has undergone a process of conflict and coexistence.It is the key to build a harmonious world by viewing carefully the interaction between world civilizations,establishing a fair mechanism of international dialogue and giving full play to both world organizations and regional organizations. |
