农会还能回到中国吗

宪法规定的结社自由以及现代公共行政的法制化推动了社会国家化和国家社会化进程,也导致社团的勃兴。农会曾经在我国革命战争时期发挥了重要作用,却在我国社会主义市场经济建设中消失了。由于我国长期受阶级斗争观念的误导,认为农会只不过是阶级斗争的工具,忽视了农民利益并产生了“三农”问题。以工农联盟为基础的人民民主专政的国家政权性质要求有保护农民根本利益的农会的存在,当然,随着中国共产党由革命党向执政党历史性转变,农会的主要职能也要转变到建设社会主义新农村上来。

Can the Peasant Association Return to China

The freedom of association as well as modern public administration legal system stipulated by the constitution has impelled the social nationalization and the national socialization advancement and caused the vigorous growth of mass organization.The peasant association has once played an important role during the revolutionary war time in our country,but vanished in our country's construction of socialist market economy.As a result of our country's misleading of class struggle concept,the peasant association was regarded just as a class struggle tool for a long time,and farmers' benefit has been neglected and thus brought about the issue of "three agriculture".The nature of people's democratic dictatorship state power whose foundation is the alliance of workers and peasants requests the existence of peasant association's that protects the farmers' basic interests.Certainly,with the historical transformation from revolutionary party to the ruling party of the Communist Party of China,peasant association's main functions also must be transformed to the construction of socialist new countryside.
