| 摘 要： | 自由是指现实的符合法律规范的人的思想和行为的限度.人身自由是一个集合概念,它是由若干权利组成的,剥夺和限制自由内在的包涵了剥夺和限制相关的权利.不能以所谓法律没有禁止,而让罪犯享受相关权利.事实上,无论国内或国外对监狱罪犯的自由在法律上都作出了相关的规定.

| Abstract: | Freedom refers to the actual limit of man's mind and behavior conformed to laws and regulations and personal liberty is a collective concept that consists of many rights. Deprivation and restriction of freedom actually includes those of the relevant rights. As a result, criminals in prison can not have the relevant rights, which can be found in the current laws both home and abroad. |
