| 摘 要： | ２００１年４月２８日新《婚姻法》颁布实施，然而适用中仍有许多问题，需要立法机关、执法机关予以高度重视。作者针对以下三个方面可能出现的问题（即一、无效婚姻与可撤销婚姻方面；二、经济帮助方面；三、强制证人作证方面），提出了自己的理论的构想，力图使婚姻家庭法律制度更加周密、严谨、公正地保护民事立体的合法权益。

| Abstract: | The new Marriage Law was issued for enforcement on the 28th April, 2001. There are scam problems during the use of it, so we nit keep focus on it, asp, legislative body and law enforcement agency. There are three areas that Is very important, first, nullity of marriage and repealing marriage; second, economy help; third, forced testify. The writers give us their theory and ideas. They try their best to make the law more careful, tighter and more reasonable to protect the legal right of the civil body. |
