| 摘 要： | 本文通过揭示公安民警职务违法犯罪的违法犯罪形式具有隐蔽性、社会危害的严重性、专权与权钱交易相结合等特征,分析了公安民警职务违法犯罪的内部与外部原因,进而提出遏制公安民警职务违法犯罪的对策;积极推进公安人事制度改革;构建有效的教育工程;健全法制;构筑科学的权力监督体系,以建立完善的监督制约机制。

| Abstract: | The article reveals the features of illegal and criminal acts of the police post, namely the acts of concealing, serious harmfulness to the society and trading with money power. It analyzes the internal and external causes of the acts, and furthermore putting forward the countermeasures to check the acts: carrying out the reform of police personnel system;establishing an effective education system; perfecting legal system;setting up a scientific power supervision system. |
