| Abstract: | At present, why the employment pressure is big, the most radical cause is the developmental imbalance between the labor force and production materials, and the contradiction between the supply and demand for the labor force is protruding. The solving key to the problem lies in the government, it needs to plan jointly so as to take into consideration every aspect of the matter, and the it is needful for the government to strengthen the macroscopic regulation and control, only this way, the employment situation may be improved. |
