| 摘 要： | 中俄科技合作已成为中国对外科技合作的重点和热点，合作的方式和渠道多种多样，并且越来越规范和遵从市场经济原则。俄罗斯科技成果在我国转化和产业化所需资金大部分是政府提供的初始资金，也有一些资金来；自科研单位和企业，引入的国内外创业资本和各种风险资金较少。

| Abstract: | The Sino-Russian scientific and technological cooperation has become a focal point and a hot spot in China's foreign technical cooperation.Their cooperative patterns and channels are many and various,and increasingly conform to the norm standards and the principles of market economy.In the process of turning Russian scientific research achievements into productive force and industrialization,part and parcel of funds came from the government and scientific research institutes,but a few capitals and risk funds for starting an undertaking from home and abroad. |
