| Abstract: | It is known by the world that there is only one China in the world and Taiwan is one undivided part of China. In order to realize the purpose of "returning to the UN", the Taiwan authorities tries all means to participate the governmental international organizations. But it is bound to be fruitless and to fail. The thesis will discuss this problem with other involved legal problems. |
