East Asian Regional Cooperation and Track-Two Diplomacy

Establishing of the East Asian community has become the common goal of East Asian countries. As a platform for track-two diplomacy, The Network of East Asian Think-tanks (NEAT) has been playing an important role in the process of East Asian integration. This essay lays emphasis on the four functions of NEAT and puts forward some specific measures to promote East Asian cooperation.
