| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会,对执政者最关健的、最根本的要求是立党为公、执政为民。立党为公、执政为民,是我们党执政的根本原则,也是对执政者的根本要求。能否坚持立党为公、执政为民,既关系到我们党和国家能否长治久安,又关系到构建和谐社会的成败。
