| Abstract: | The second-generation leading collective of CPC whose key figure was Deng Xiao-ping put forward a series of theory principles,polices and concrete content,such as strengthening the organizations of people's democratic dictatorship,founding the army politically,administering the army rigorously,and so on. These rational knowledge and brilliant thought concerning the regular pattern of building armed police are of great theoretical and realistic meaning in today's promoting harmonious society. |
