| Abstract: | In the new historical period of reform and opening in China, DENG Xiao-ping, with a statesman's foresight and a theorist's sagacity, instructively expounded the importance, the guiding ideology, fundamental principles and effective approaches of strengthening the legality construction in our country. An ideology with distinguishing features and integrated system has come into being, and it is providing scientifically theoretical guides for the socialism legality construction of our country. |
