| 摘 要： | 北宋中期茶法频繁变动,主要是针对东南荼法而言的.北宋中期的茶法从性质上说只有榷货务山场制、贴射法和嘉祜通商法三种.引起茶法变动的根本原因是茶叶用于沿边折中和沿边折中对茶叶的依重.官商对虚估的争夺也是这一根本原因引起的.由于茶利在宋财政上作用举足轻重,嘉祜法从根本上不符合统治者愿望,最终必被专卖法取代.

| Abstract: | The frequent changes in the laws of tea in the North Song Dynasty of China mainly involved the Southeast laws. By nature, there were only three types of laws of tea in the middle of the North Song Dynasty. The changes in the laws of tea had its typical reasons defined by the specific situation then. Tea tax occupied a dominant position in the finance of the Song Dynasty. Jia You Law of tea was finally removed in favor of the monopoly law because the former failed to satisfy the demand of the ruler. |
