| 摘 要： | 90后大学生以其时尚、青春、个性和叛逆的个性特点与以往大学生不同,简单陈旧的入学教育已无法满足他们成长的需求。以科学发展观为指导思想结合90后大学新生特点从新生入学教育的内容、形式和时间来创新性开展入学教育有利于90后大学新生的全面发展,为大学四年的发展打下良好基础。
